Capiz State University convened its administrative personnel in Boracay Island for a series of training sessions focused on building resilience and promoting inclusivity in the workplace. The event, titled “Resilience in Action: Training on Stress Management, Burnout, and Gender Bias in the Workplace Through Team Empowerment,” was held on August 21-23, at the Meeting Room, Altabriza Resort Inn., and organized by the Gender and Development (GAD) Office in partnership with the Human Resource Development and Training (HRDT) Office.
CAPSU faculty member ranks 8th in August 2025 Food Technologist Licensure Examination
Ms. Radelle K. Balad-on, a faculty member of the Food Technology Department at CAPSU Dayao Satellite College, secured 8th place in the August 2025 Food Technologist Licensure Examination (FTLE) with a rating of 85.75%, as announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Saturday, August 16.

Dave Vincent P. Alegre, a Batch 2025 graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) program from the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology (CEAT) at Capiz State University (CAPSU) – Roxas City Main Campus, has brought pride to the university after placing 3rd in the August 2025 Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) Computer-Based Licensure Examination with a rating of 80.05%.

CEAT Empowers Faculty through ISI and Scopus Publication Training
To boost its faculty’s research output, the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology (CEAT) of Capiz State University conducted a capability training on writing research publications for ISI and Scopus-indexed journals on August 14, 2025, at the Computer Laboratory, COED Building.
