Capiz State University (CAPSU), through the External Affairs and Linkages Office (EALO), successfully conducted the SEA-Teacher Pre-Departure Training and Cultural Sensitivity and Adaptation Workshop for the 11th Batch SEA-Teacher Student Exchange Program on January 6–8, 2026.
