Dayao Satellite College dominates Sports; Roxas City Main Campus reigns in Culture and Arts at CAPSU Festival
Dayao Satellite College proved to be the powerhouse in the sports category, dominating the field with a haul of 84 gold, 52 silver, and 22 bronze medals.
