The Office of the Vice President for External Affairs and Linkages (VPEAL) serves as the coordinating arm of Capiz State University (CAPSU) for all matters relating to international partnerships, mobility, and cross-border collaborations.
In line with Capiz State University’s (CAPSU) vision of being a globally recognized, people- and environment-centered university, this Internationalization (IZN) Strategic Plan outlines specific and achievable initiatives to enhance the institution’s international visibility, academic quality, and research leadership.
Anchored on Philippine Higher Education internationalization priorities (CHED CMO No. 55, s. 2016) and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this plan promotes global engagement through education, research, innovation, and community development, while nurturing Filipino identity and values.
