The University is committed to implement anti-poverty programs benefitting its major stakeholders specifically the students and the communities. For its students, it has established initiatives that provide scholarships, transportation and housing support, remedial classes, training, and other interventions to ensure that they complete their studies and are employable. The University has also integrated entrepreneurship courses in the curriculum of all program offerings for the students to be future ready. For the communities, CAPSU supports entrepreneurship as a means of escaping poverty. The institution provides prospective entrepreneurs specifically farmers, women, and out of school youth with training and mentoring, assisting them through the process of creating and operating their own businesses. This assistance fosters an environment of innovation and self-sufficiency, allowing individuals to establish their own job possibilities and contribute to the local economy.
