Capiz State University (CAPSU) Dumarao Satellite College welcomed the Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) of Veterinary Medicine on March 6, 2026 for the official inspection and monitoring of the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) program.

Leading the welcoming of the delegation were Dr. Annalie G. Campos, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Rossandrew B. Villaruel, Quality Assurance Director; and Dr. Marie Jean P. Penson, Dumarao Satellite College Director. 

The PRB delegation included:

• Hon. Tomas M. Acorda, Member, PRB of Veterinary Medicine

• Hon. Agnes Teodora A. Baylon, Member, PRB of Veterinary Medicine

• Mr. Edmar V. Robles, Representative, Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC)

The visit forms part of the regulatory board’s continuing efforts to ensure that veterinary schools maintain the standards required for quality veterinary education and professional training.

The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Quality Assurance Office also expressed their appreciation to the College Director, Program Chair, and the faculty members of Dumarao Satellite College for their commitment and active participation in this quality assurance process.
