Iloilo City – The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Region VI hosted the 2025 Pasasalamat to PCSA Partners on October 1, 2025 at Sam’s 21, Iloilo City, in celebration of the Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA).
CAPSU was among the recognized partners during the ceremony, represented by Dr. Annalie G. Campos, Vice-President for Academic Affairs, who attended on behalf of University President Dr. Efren L. Linan.
The program featured a welcome message from Andre L. Ladigohon, Acting Director III of CSC Region VI, followed by a message of gratitude from Atty. Erna T. Elizan, Acting Director IV. The partner agency response was delivered by Hon. Francis A. Amboy, Municipal Mayor of LGU-Maasin, Iloilo.
The event served as a thanksgiving gathering to honor institutions and agencies that continue to support the CSC’s mission of upholding public service excellence.
