Dave Vincent P. Alegre, a Batch 2025 graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) program from the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology (CEAT) at Capiz State University (CAPSU) – Roxas City Main Campus, has brought pride to the university after placing 3rd in the August 2025 Certified Plant Mechanics (CPM) Computer-Based Licensure Examination with a rating of 80.05%.
The said examination took place on August 9–11, 2025, in testing centers in National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, and Pagadian. It was administered by the Professional Regulation Commission’s (PRC) Board of Mechanical Engineering, chaired by Engr. Rodulfo L. Tablante with Engr. Manuel L. Paulino and Engr. Ramon F. Solis as members.
