Delegates from Capiz State University (CAPSU) attended the Strategic Capacity Building for Global University Rankings organized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office VI and Negros Island Region (NIR), headed by Regional Director Dr. Raul C. Alvarez, Jr. REE, EdD, CESO III.
The two-day confab was held at the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) on July 14-15, 2025, attended by academic officials from various universities in the Western Visayas and Negros Island regions.
The CAPSU delegation is composed of Dr. Annalie G. Campos, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Vice President for Research Development and Extension; Dr. Salvacion J. Legaspi, Vice President for External Affairs and Linkages; Dr. Rossandrew B. Villaruel, University Director for Quality Assurance; and Prof. Jay Ann B. Gregorio, Guidance Counselor and Faculty from CAPSU Pilar Satellite College.
