CAPSU HONORED WITH THE ROXAS CITY ORDER OF THE GOLDEN HEART KASIMANWA CITATION OF MERIT 2025

CAPSU was honored with the Roxas City Order of the Golden Heart Kasimanwa Citation of Merit during the Order of the Golden Heart Awarding Ceremonies held on December 3, 2025, at the Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center in Roxas City.
