Capiz State University has been recognized by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) as the Top Utility Registrant from 2017 to 2021 and Second Place – Top ITSO Filer from 2016 to 2021 as part of its 25th Anniversary Celebration with the theme Rising at 25: Creating a Silver Bright Future last June 6, 2022.
