Capiz State University (CAPSU) key officials, headed by University President Dr. Efren L. Linan, met with Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Commissioner Dr. Ethel Agnes Pascual-Valenzuela, the newly-designated Chairperson of the CAPSU Board of Regents, on the sidelines of the 2025 PASUC Midyear Convention and General Assembly at SMX Convention Center in Pasay City on July 10, 2025.
In the courtesy meeting, Dr. Valenzuela expressed her strong support for CAPSU’s ongoing efforts to boost its internationalization initiatives, particularly in the areas of research and extension. She emphasized the importance of forging meaningful collaborations that will enhance the university’s global engagement and academic productivity.
