Delegates from Capiz State University (CAPSU) led by the President, Dr. Efren L. Linan, participated in the International Conference on SDGs and Green Technologies (ICST) 2025 held today, June 25, 2025, at the University Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) in Indonesia.
Dr. Linan and Dr. Salvacion J. Legaspi, Vice President for the External Affairs and Linkages, were among the keynote speakers of the event. Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Vice President for Research, Development and Extension served as a moderator and research presenter.
Dr. Christine F. Quenga, Faculty Member of Burias Campus, also served as one of the moderators and research presenters, as well as the master of the ceremonies.
This conference with the theme “Bridging Innovation to the Green Technology and Environment for Sustainable Future.”, is co-hosted by the UNESA and CAPSU.
Also during the event, CAPSU and UNESA signed a Memorandum of Understanding for international collaboration, faculty and student exchange and for other academic activities.
