CAPSU top management, administrators and financial management team members are undergoing a three-day training on Efficient Financial Management and Program Implementation at the Central Administration Boardroom. The 3-day training commenced today, July 28 and will run until July 30, 2025.
University President Dr. Efren L. Linan led the welcoming of the resource speaker and the participants from the Central Administration and from the nine campuses and satellite colleges of the university. In his remarks, Dr. Linan encouraged all participants to take this training seriously to ensure efficient utilization of the university funds. “As stewards of educational excellence, it is our shared responsibility to ensure that every resource entrusted to us is utilized effectively to support our academic mission and serve our community.”, Dr. Linan emphasized to the participants.

The resource speaker for the entire 3-day training program is Mr. Edgar L. Javison, a former Chief Budget and Management Specialist of the Department of Budget and Management Regional Office VI.
Also in attendance during the opening program were Dr. Mary Ann B. Martelino, Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Annalie G. Campos, Vice President Academic Affairs; Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Vice President for Research, Development and Extension; Dr. Hermelisa A. Ochon, Chief Administrative Officer for Administration; and Atty. Toche Vic B. Doce, Chief Administrative Officer (Finance).
