CAPSU Aims for Level 4 AACCUP Accreditation for Selected Programs
The Capiz State University (CAPSU) will undergo Level IV accreditation by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) for selected programs of the Roxas City Main and Pontevedra campuses. The three-day evaluation began with an opening program hosted via Zoom at the Central Administration boardroom on December 1, 2025.

Capiz State University (CAPSU) demonstrated excellence on the international stage during the International Interdisciplinary Research and Development Conference in Social Sciences 2025, held from November 25–28, 2025 at Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines. Guided by the theme “Advancing Interdisciplinary Research for Sustainable and Inclusive Development,” the event gathered researchers, scholars, and educators to present innovative studies addressing pressing global and local challenges.
CAPSU Main students to receive ₱1M worth of project funding from AMOMA
Students from the Capiz State University (CAPSU) Roxas City Main Campus will receive funding from AMOMA Project Livelihood Program (AMOMA) worth one million pesos for their livelihood projects. This was presented by the representatives of AMOMA during their meeting and orientation with university key officials, student representatives and advisers on November 11, 2025 at the Central Administration board room.

Fusin was recognized as one of the six awardees of the Catalytic Mini Grants Program during the 14th Juvenile Justice and Welfare Consciousness Week Research Forum held on November 24, 2025, in Days Hotel, Iloilo City.
