Capiz State University (CAPSU) Roxas City Main Campus held its 10th Moving-Up and 21st Recognition Day Ceremonies to honor the Junior High School (JHS) completers and academic awardees of the Laboratory High School (LHS). The event had the theme, “Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas,” that took place on April 15 at the Dadivas Gymnasium.
