Key officials of Capiz State University (CAPSU) participated in the 2025 Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) Midterm Convention and General Assembly held from July 9-11, at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.
The CAPSU delegation was led by University President Dr. Efren L. Linan, along with Dr. Mary Ann B. Martelino, Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Annalie G. Campos, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Vice President for Research, Development and Extension; and Dr. Salvacion J. Legaspi, Vice President for the External Affairs and Linkages.
More than just attendance, CAPSU’s participation in the convention reflects our commitment to building a stronger university through innovation, sustainability, and excellence, for our students and the communities we serve.
The event had the theme, “Forging the Future: Empowering SUCs through Innovation, Sustainability, and Excellence.”
