Five academic programs of Capiz State University (CAPSU) have been granted Level IV re-accreditation status by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).

The official list was released during the 1st AACCUP President’s Summit held on August 14 at the Century Park Hotel, Manila. CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan personally received the list, along with Dr. Annalie G. Campos, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Rossandrew B. Villaruel, Director for Quality Assurance; and Dr. Hazel D. Joaquin, Director for Instruction.

The re-accredited programs and their respective campus or satellite college are as follows:

• Doctor of Education in Educational Management – Pontevedra Campus

• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management – Pontevedra Campus

• Bachelor of Elementary Education – Dayao Satellite College

• Bachelor of Science in Fisheries – Dayao Satellite College

• Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management – Sigma Satellite College
