The Capiz State University (CAPSU) received 100% Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) certification from the Commission the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for all its programs across the University’s campuses and satellite colleges.
No other than CHED Commissioner Dr. Ethel Agnes P. Valenzuela personally awarded the certificate to Dr. Annalie G. Campos, Vice President for Academic Affairs, on behalf of the University President Dr. Efren L. Linan, today, August 13, at the CHED Central Office, HEDC Building, C.P. Garcia Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.

Accompanying Dr. Campos were Dr. Rossandrew B. Villaruel, Director of Quality Assurance and Dr. Hazel D. Joaquin, Director of Instruction.
Obtaining the said certificate signifies that all the programs offered by CAPSU complies with the standards and policies set by CHED. This historic milestone reflects CAPSU’s commitment to providing quality tertiary education and Dr. Linan’s vision of making the university as a center of academic excellence in the province of Capiz and beyond.
