Capiz State University (CAPSU) joins the nation in celebrating the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) this September, pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 1050, s. 1997, declaring September as Civil Service Month.
With the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan,” this year’s celebration honors the dedication and integrity of all public servants who embody the true essence of service. Through their commitment and excellence, they contribute to the realization of a Bagong Pilipinas and to a more progressive Apayao.
