Four CAPSUnian student leaders and school paper writers bagged top awards in the 61st National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute (NYRLI) held at the Teachers’ Camp in Baguio City last December 7-10.

Capiz State University was awarded the Best Higher Education Institution and Hall of Fame awardee at the 23rd Gawad KALASAG (KAlamidad at Sakuna LAbanan, Sariling Galing ang Kaligtasan) National Awards for Higher Education Institution Category conferred by the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC).

The Capiz State University – Research, Development and Extension Office celebrated its annual awarding ceremony, Pagpasidungog 2023, on Wednesday, 06 December 2023, at Capiz State University, Main Campus, Roxas City.

The Capiz Eco-Youth Volunteers-CAPSU Main Campus Chapter was awarded the Dungog Lunhaw Award for organizational category for “Project PAMANA: Building Resilient Communities through Tree Growing Activities.” The proponents were April Argos and Ma Ellaine Dorado Bayes and Capiz Eco-Youth Volunteers Capsu Main Chapter.

College of Management (CM) students from Capiz State University (CAPSU) Roxas City Main Campus bagged several awards during the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Cashless Expo 2023 held at the World Trade Center, Pasay City, November 17, 2023.

Capiz State University – Intellectual Property Management Office has won as Best Facilitator/Enabler at the Science and Technology Innovations in Agri-Aqua Award (SINAG) Award conferred by the Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Sciences Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD).

The Quest Publication’s ‘AURUM’ magazine reaped several awards during the 14th National Campus Media Conference of the School Press Advisers’ Movement Inc. held at the Grand Astoria Hotel, Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur on November 8-10, 2023. The conference had the theme “Promoting Evidence-based Journalism in the Reel World of AI and Social Media Influencers.”
