A Higher Perspective. on October 10, 2026, establishing a platform for meaningful dialogue and the exchange of perspectives among members of the university community and its partners. The half-day activity was held at the CAPSU Central Administration Board Room and the newly blessed Hulot Hinun-anon at the CAPSU Main Library.

The Capiz State University – Intellectual Property Management Office (CAPSU-IPMO) has officially received its recognition as Regional Qualifier under the Gawad PAGASA category of the 2026 Gawad Lingkod Bayani.
