CAPSU was honored with the Roxas City Order of the Golden Heart Kasimanwa Citation of Merit during the Order of the Golden Heart Awarding Ceremonies held on December 3, 2025, at the Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center in Roxas City. Representing the University and its leadership, Dr. Leo Andrew B. Biclar, Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension, received the award on behalf of SUC President III, Dr. Efren L. Linan.

Earth warriors from Capiz State University (CAPSU) brought home multiple awards from the Earth Warriors Invasion (EWI) 2025, an environmental summit and competition organized by the Proyekto Volunteers Network (PVN). The event was held on November 22 at the City of Passi Arena, Passi City, Iloilo.

Capiz State University (CAPSU) demonstrated excellence on the international stage during the International Interdisciplinary Research and Development Conference in Social Sciences 2025, held from November 25–28, 2025 at Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines. Guided by the theme “Advancing Interdisciplinary Research for Sustainable and Inclusive Development,” the event gathered researchers, scholars, and educators to present innovative studies addressing pressing global and local challenges.

Showcasing excellence in leadership, business, and research, delegates from the College of Management scores major awards and leadership posts at the 35th Council of Management Educators and Professionals of the Philippines (COMEPP) National Conference held on November 12–14, 2025, at the Iloilo Grand Hotel in Iloilo City.
