The offices of Capiz State University (CAPSU) Central Administration turned orange today, November 28, as key officials and personnel donned orange shirts in support of the campaign to end all forms of violence against women (VAW).
To further raise awareness, each office also decorated its workspace with End-VAW campaign designs, brochures, and informative posters, while End-VAW–related videos are being played on the interactive TV for clients and stakeholders visiting the various units.
The activities were spearheaded by Dr. Jesusa L. Luda, Director for Gender and Development (GAD), with facilitation from Ms. Cylinch B. Clavaton, GAD staff. The campaign runs from November 25 until December 12, 2025.
