The Capiz State University (CAPSU) and the Social Security System (SSS) have officially sealed a partnership through a signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) aimed at strengthening employee social security protection. The MOA signing was held on May 6 at the Office of the University President, Central Administration Building, Roxas City Main Campus.
As outlined in the agreement, the SSS commits to providing a range of services and programs to all university employees who are SSS members—regardless of employment status—across CAPSU’s three campuses and six satellite colleges, including the Central Administration.
CAPSU President Dr. Efren L. Linan together with Atty. Toche Vic B. Doce, Chief Administrative Officer (Finance) represented this university while Mr. Angelo O. Blancaver, Vice President of the Visayas West 2 Division; Mr. Rene Moises G. Gonzales, Branch Head of SSS Roxas; and Ms. Tara Ann A. Caragayan, Corporate Executive Officer II of the Accounts Management Section (AMS) represented the SSS.
Also present at the MOA signing were Ms. Myleen C. Abelarde, Supervising Administrative Officer (Human Resource Management); Ms. Fe Lynn L. Linan, Executive Assistant III; and Ms. Sally Biclar, Private Secretary I.
